As usual, I will not waste your time telling you stories about how I learned this and how I have accomplished something which I haven’t yet, but this technique helps me every day to helps me in saving hours/days. So let’s dive into the technique.

  1. Intention:

a. Dedication is necessary.

b. Make reading blocks of 30 to 50 minutes.

c. Choose a book that you are interested in.

2. Kill Your Distractions:

a. Turn off/Silence your phone.

3. Don’t read word by word:

a. Use the Peripheral Vision.

b. Use the marker technique for practice (ask me how).

c. Do it for a few pages with pencil markers.

4. Don’t Read Back:

a. Do not do backtracking.

b. Use pointers like pen, finger, or anything.

c. Guide yourself to follow the line.

5. Imagine and Visualize:

a. Film it in your mind like a movie.

b. Visualization helps you remember.

6. Extra tips:

a. Take breaks.

b. Use breaks to keep yourself interested.

c. Switch the locations: keep it easy to remember with a memory.

d. Practice.

Try this technique and thank me later. Take care of yourself.
